Refer to the last meeting, we had summarized to expand activity to more widely scope
of this program. We had summarized the practical of document location and any other
articles which are keeping in the desk drawer and joint cabinet.
Would you re-confirm to all members of your controlling area about do they have separate
Regular used document on personal desk and drawer, and non-regular used put into the file for
store in joint cabinet for valid 1 year ? are they throw away for non-used document ?
In case of document which is filing into the file and store in joint cabinet, would you’re
the person in charge of cabinet that belong to your section, identify by fixing the document
types of each cabinet and notify the list of each file number and documents in those files.
For the personal cabinet of management, please ask them to keeping just only the necessary
used article only. This activity had already discussed with Mr. Viroj and he agreed.
Please start to go ahead on this proposal asap.
