Upon returning home to Montreal, Noah completed his professional cooking diploma and worked in fine dining restaurants. With school at night and work during the day, he was determined to make a name for himself and pursue his passion. As luck had it, in cooking school, Noah met someone that changed his life. Chef Denise Giguère, a well known Montreal based food stylist at the time, was his teacher and quicklly became his mentor. Noah ended up getting to do his internship on a television show called “Brunch de Maman Dion” hosted by Celine Dion’s mother. Throughout Noah’s restaurant career, he has had the role of pastry-chef, sous-chef, and second cook. He always loved to cook and create recipes but his creative love of plating overruled. He knew early on that he would need to find a way to become more involved with food styling.
