The first Korean culture which I like most is Koreans' Interpersonal Relationship. This lesson learned about Korean Leadership, Personal Relationship and Experience sharing. In Korea, the superiority-based hierarchy is highly valued and the core of Korean leadership is to protect the people under them, to respect people over them, and lead all to make the harmonized relationship.
In personal relationship, Koreans full of " Jung " ask so many questions on people's private life. It is one of the ways for Koreans to make 'good relations' with all . In Korea 'age' and 'social position' decide the social hierarchy in general. Experience sharing in Korea, people make relations through 'personal connection' such as kinship, regionalism and school ties. Korean men think very highly of loyalty. It made me change perspective to Korean.
