Main Responsibilities:
• Works and planning daily delivery with the transporter / Bicar Front Office, Sale, Warehouse team, to ensure customer requirements are met in timely and safely manner.
• Prepare Domestic Delivery documents for transporter, Customer.
• Control Transportation costs within budget without impacting operational efficiency.
• Collect all documents which is returned from customer and send to Finance. And check transportation cost for payment.
• Publishing reports for close book end month, analysis and management reporting.
• To manage the delivery to comply with road transport regulation.
• Continually identifying & implementing improvements to increase safety, customer satisfaction, job satisfaction and achieve Company goals.
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields major in English
• Having knowledge of SAP (Modules : Logistics Execution and Sale Order Management) is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Planning, enthusiastic, analytical skills and problem solving
• At least 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain.
• Customer service mind.
• Can independently take important decisions within his/her domain of responsibility even under pressure.
