First of all children’s safety, needs and well-being comes first for me. I think that it is important to teach the kids good manners and how to be polite. I want to support and to help them to grow up as good and independent persons.
It is important that children have some rules to follow and that limits are being set.
At the same time it is also important that they have their freedom, so that they can learn things on their own and also learn from their mistakes. Children need to learn what is wrong and what is right. In a situation where the child doesn’t want to listen I think the best way to handle this situation is always keeping calm and patient, have an eye contact with the child and trying to entice the child, for example the child doesn’t want to get dressed and by saying “If you get dressed we can go out and play” I think the problem can be solved and the child is happy too. When children do something wrong, in my opinion it is right to explain what they did wrong so that they learn from their mistakes. I really do love children, playing and having fun with them, and I like to do a lot of activities with them so that they gain different experiences and to increase their creativity. I will always be a good role for the children!
