Postterriorialist geography has carried constructive implications in some respect and destructive consequences in others. On the one hand, transworld relations have shown possibilities of cultural revival and innovation. On the other hand, contemporary globalization has shown potentials of violent cultural homogenization , particularly through westhernization and Americanization. In respect of identity too, therefore, problems of globalization and human security lie not so mush in enlarged globality per se as in the way that this geographical trend is handle.
