Results of research demonstrated that majority of
respondents future of their enterprise connects with
customer needs for safety and security. It is justified

safety factors are important for customer while
traveling?
22.64% of tourism enterprise managing directors
indicated, that main influencing factor when
choosing the trip is customer’s need for physical
safety (safety about life, health , property etc.
factors), which satisfies man’s basic need for
physical comfort [5].
Need for physical comfort unites all acts entailed
with food collection and saving of physical health
and securing achievement of man’s social aims [6].
Next significant factor in customer’s choice for
trip, which was reflected by 18.87% of respondents,
is quality of tourism product and service offered by
tourism enterprise. Unlike with product, it’s rather
problematic for customer to evaluate the quality of
the service before purchase. For the very reason
tourism enterprise must find new approach in
communication politics with customer updating and
using factor of safety in sales process. Quality of
tourism service and availability of information is a
guarantee of tourism enterprise safety. It’s easier for
customer to make the choice when diverse
information about product or service, its quality and
safety is offered by enterprise, thus creating effect of
trust ability.
Need for including of tourism safety issues in
strategic planning of tourism enterprises is justified
by following result of research. 86.80% of top
managers equate the tourism safety subject to quality
