The result is the bean sprouts which use Flavonoid better growth than used water. The plants were used concentrate of Flavonoid 1% v/v grows best. Their average is 17.13cm. The secondary is concentrate of Flavonoid 3% v/v .Their average is 16.31cm. The next is concentrate of Flavonoid 2% v/v .Their average is 15.37cm. And the non Flavonoid. Their average 14.36cm
A new type of complex with approoriate stability consisting of Al3+ , 3H2NA, and acetate was developed to determine trace amounts of Al3+ by spectrofluorometry. The most advantage of this method is direct measurement of Al3+ with 3H2NA reagent even in the presence of excess amount of 3H2NA using a simple procedure. Almost of the coexistence ions found in the milk samples are not interfered. The interfering metal ions that are limited to Cr(III), Fe(III), Ag(I), and Hg (II),ions can be easily eliminated through a one-step precipitation process. The method also benefits from a high selectivity and sensitivity. The application of the proposed method to the determination of Al3+ in milk samples results in accurate and precise data. This procedure with a little change, depending on the sample matrix, could be applied to determine Al3+ content of other samples.
