A flow rate signal is sent to the PLC by a flow meter, and the temperature signal is sent to temperature acquisition by thermocouple, then these signals will be sent to IPC by 485 bus. Considering the operation ability of PLC is limited, the specific control algorithm is completed in IPC, and then IPC will send the control commands to PLC and achieve the temperature closed loop control by controlling VFD or EHPFV.
