The automatic evaluation of construction works is increasingly focused on the benefits it brings. In the United States, although the Leadership green building assessment system for Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) has been widely accepted as the national standard for sustainable building design, it is difficult and time-consuming to evaluate the green building of this system due to its complex process. Such a process of evaluating green buildings can be accelerated and facilitated by using computer technology such as building information modeling (BIM), a new, innovative approach to design, engineering and construction management that has been widely used in architecture , engineering and construction industry.
