Data and information from many sources are collected, integrated, and in some instances analyzed, by respective departments or functional groups, then deployed to users to provide timely information in sup-port of decision-making and day-to-day management. Operational data are used at various levels in decision- making to support improvement and innovation. Based upon user need, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly summaries and reports are created. As appropri- ate, results (including KI’s) are charted and analyzed for trends, variation, and progress to goal, on established schedules.
