elevated core and scrotal temperatures is a concern to
segments of the equine industry where stallions are being
trained or competed and bred simultaneously. Hot
and humid environmental temperatures pose a challenge
to stallion managers, as ambient temperatures
(AMBT) become extremely high (24 to 36°C) during
the peak breeding and show season [National Oceanic
and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), 2010].
