Aims serve to give a purpose to the general statements and vision statements. On the other hand, strategies are used to refer as any plans or schemes to achieve the long term aim of a business. It is used for trying to achieve strategic objectives. Lastly, tactics are short-term ways that organizations use to achieve their aims and objectives, they are used to achieve the tactical objectives. Both strategies and tactics carry matching purposes. They both help the organization in dealing with how it can get to where they want to be.
