The Common Objects Memory Test (COMT) was developed
as part of the larger Cross-Cultural Neuropsychological
Battery (CCNB) (Dick, Teng, Kempler, Davis, & Taussig,
2002 ). The COMT was designed to assess age-related memory
impairments in individuals who vary extensively in educational
and literacy levels as well as in language and cultural
backgrounds. After describing the COMT itself, preliminary
normative and clinical data will be presented.
