Dear client,
Thank you for your email to Australian Embassy, Bangkok.
Kindly be advised that it takes a 30-day processing time of the online visitor visa application as stated in our website, the standard services processing time part:
http://www.border.gov.au/about/access-accountability/service-standards
http://www.border.gov.au/about/access-accountability/service-standards/visitor-visa-processing-times
Your concerned online visitor visa applications were received at the embassy on 29/09/2015 and expected for a finalisation on 29/10/2015.
Please be patient for the decision as the application is still in the timeframe given and we would like to inform you that the applications are being processed in queue in the interests of fairness.
Clients are advised not to book flights or make travel commitments until your visa application is finalised.
The department will not be liable for any financial loss incurred by clients whose visa application was finalised later than expected or where an application is unsuccessful.
Please make sure you have attached supporting documents to your online visa application as soon as possible after submitting your application to ensure your application can be processed as quickly as possible.
