Wireless local-area network (WLAN) technology, which is
used to wirelessly connect to the internet, has been widely
applied in modern electronic communication and information
devices such as desktop computers, laptop computers, mobile
phones, personal digital assistants, etc. To adapt to various
WLAN environments, a WLAN module inside these devices
should be capable of operating at multiple frequency bands.
Rapid developments in wireless technologies demand the
integration of the various standards like 2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz
WLAN into a single unit [1-7].
