WD and HGST have scheduled Supplier to attend a Company Orientation project of “WDTH and HGST Multifunction Printer Service” as indicated below. Supplier has primarily had contact with WD by just only reply this email or directly call to [phone] to confirm that you can join in this Orientation on date and time above. If Supplier cannot attend the scheduled session listed above, please call or Email: [e-mail] to reschedule.


The detail of Agenda in this Bidding Orientation are following;

• General Briefing in the Scope of Work, Specific Specification and Other Requirements.
• General Briefing in terms of Safety, Security, and EHS Requirements.
• Questions and Answers Session (Q & A).
• Site Visiting.
• Others.

The Attached documents in this Invitation letter are following;

*The Scope of Work and Bid Award Form will provided to you within 26-Jan-2016


This Bidding Specific Conditions are following:

Supplier’s quotation shall be made by following the Bidding conditions required by WD and HGST. Any submitted quotation deviates from WD and HGST ’re conditions and/or incomplete or do not followed WD and HGST ‘re requirement. WD and HGST ‘re reserves the right not to be judged. Whatever the case, any.

1) Supplier’s quotation would have been written in clearly words and shown the Project names is “WDTH and HGST Multifunction Printer Service” in the quotation.

2) The Payment Terms in the Supplier’s quotations is required ninety (90) days.


Acceptance of Tender:

Western Digital is not bound to accept the lowest tender nor obligated to give any reasons for the rejection of any.
