FINDINGS:
The study reveals a few small focl and small confluent area of high signal intensity on T2 in the cerebral white matter, pronouncedat deep-periventricular white matter adjacent to posterior body-trigone-occipital hornof left lateral ventricle, possibly due to old ischemic process.
No acute infarction is noted.
Ventricular system is within normal limits.
There is no shifting of the midline or extra-axial collection.
There is mild mucosal thickening in the paranasal sinuses.
Prominent nasopharyngeal soft tissue is seen, possibly due to enlarged adenoid tonsil.
