The purpose of this study was to study need's speaking and listening English for comunication of reception in the hotel and study the problem's speaking and listening English for comunication of reception in the hotel. The population of the research are 47 hotel front desk staff in the hotel at Meuang district Phayao province and the samples of the reasearch are 30 foreigners who traveled at Meuang district Phayao province. The statistics used in the research were percentage, standard deviation and mean. The instrument applied in data collected are the questionare about problem and need's english for communication and interview schedule.
