As a follow up to the email of Khun Sakorn sent you on Thursday, 4th December on the subject above, I would like to give you some further details. On Monday, 15th December TP Tay, Human Capital Leader – Asia is coming to Bangkok office to conduct the workshop for facilitators to train them on how to stimulate participation and discussions.

You have been nominated by your Unit Manager to attend the FG Meeting to help address the key improvement areas highlighted in Employee Engagement Survey Results - Thailand in March 2014. Your Facilitators will generate high level of interests and engagement among focus group member in your brainstorming discussions and enable the focus groups to build an improvement action plan.

You will need to book your time using the internal training code (LEARNDEV – INT - ****).
