AccorHotels strives to be a model company when it comes to corporate and social responsibility, and I am determined that everything we do should be accomplished responsibly and with the highest degree of commitment and integrity.
With this in mind, and at the initiative of the Group’s Ethics and CSR Committee, a new Gift Policy has been drawn up for all our employees, with a view to preventing conflicts of interest and corruption.
This policy, which applies to all of us but which includes certain exceptions to take account of specific situations, is based on a clear and simple principle: AccorHotels employees do not need to receive or offer gifts in the framework of their business relationships.
I am counting on all of you to ensure that this ethical approach is put into practice. You must be pro-active by raising your teams’ awareness about these issues.
This policy should be implemented by everyone within the Group. We also need to ensure that our partners and suppliers are informed about it.
