Dear to whom it may concern W88 Management team,
I'm writing in regards to your inability and incompetent IT team or whichever team that is involved. Just a small issue involving very small amount of MYR74.50 also need take so long to address it.
Unfortunately, until now it has not been resolved. The reply was? "Sudden maintenance by I sports and still need more time to check on the incident". What is there to check somemore when its clear under the fund transfer status is stated "pending" and then subsequently all of a sudden become "failed".
This is MY MONEY so please fixed this, amount may be small to your company but it matters to me as it affects my gaming experience. Whether is it any sportsbook maintenance or whatsoever this is not my problem to attend to. My relationship is with W88 which I expect your professional services provided would not make me need to go through all this nonsense.
I humbly appeal to your side PLS fixed this and I'm utterly DISAPPOINTED that my problem is not properly address and taking such a long time. Once more, what "SIGNAL" is your company trying to send to me? Pls state it loud and clear so that we all understand the relationship.
