Although, drinking coffee may have it’s benefits. We may love the taste, we may love the energy it gives us on a Monday morning when we’re struggling to concentrate on our work. However, it looks like it comes with quite a few side effects, and dodgy health risks if you drink too much.The solution to this?
We think that drinking coffee in moderation is perfectly okay, and maybe even beneficial in some ways. But when you’re drinking it once or twice every day, that’s when it starts to become a problem.
