• Carry out confidential secretarial and Administrative duties.
• Assist in all tasks such as coordinating with other department related to the task.
• Provides basic secretarial support to management such as keeping correspondences and records placing and maintaining appointment calendars.
• Organize and Service the company meeting.
• Handling miscellaneous tasks to support team.
• Handle income and outgoing documents for Supervisor’s consideration.
• Handle internal / external correspondence as required.
• Order and maintain stationery supplier for team.
• Coordination within departments or other team.
• Perform routine administrative functions.
• Perform special projects as required.
• Help follow up the progress of all function.
