The people who lived around Huai luang basin brought the wild food plants to cook in variety types. They used the wild food plants to cook both meat dish and dessert namely; curry, spicy salad, chili paste, fried, steaming, side dishes vegetable, fruit, snacks, juice and dessert. From the style of foods, the most common type of food were 101 kinds for the side vegetable, 61 kinds for curry, 50 kinds for fruit, 28 kinds for steaming, 21 kinds for snack, 20 kinds for dessert, 11 kinds for juice, 6 kinds for fried and 4 kinds for chili paste
