As I mentioned, I brought the loan contract to show them what kind of statement I need to pay for? The staff at the counter (Central Phuket) did not pay attention to what I have said? That’s why, it went to wrong account. It was very disappointed.
Please make sure that my history record will not appear*late payment*, it is not the customer fault. It is your staff mistake and they should get a verbal warning about this situation.
