- Monitors selling opportunities to maximize room revenue, room inventory and hotel occupancy
- Develop and review reports to determine other opportunities and ways of increasing business levels.
- Prioritizes and organizes work assignments and delegates them to the Reservations colleagues.
- Monitors the Reservations Sales Agents on phone calls, ensuring all standards are adhered to.
- Directs the performance of the Reservations Team and handles progressive disciplinary actions if and when needed.
