waxy and non-waxy (approximately 40 g) was respectively placed
into 120 mL water (containing soaking water), and cooked by an
automatic house-hold rice cooker (Luby Electronic Co., Ltd, Guangdong,
China) for 25 min. All these cooked samples were freezedried
by freeze-drier (Labconco Corporation, Kansas City, MO,
U.S.A.), and then stored in 4 C refrigerator for further studies.
