Dear All head of RDC
1) I find many damage / loss claim from customer;
- Claim for our delay deliver => customer reject products
- Claim for physical product damage
- Loss money for COD ? => this point you must bring up team ethnic code.
Head of RDCs are highly required to control and monitor => not to happen again, Must reduce. Company cannot afford it.
2) Continue get complain from customer about our performance. So kindly limit. And improve
Volume is sharply increase => So Any shortage of manpower, please fill in.
