ONE: All PAYMENT VOUCHERS - for payments you have made this month, each including:
1. Copy of the cheque used to make the payment
2. Withholding tax certificate (for service expenses only - see reference below)
3. Evidence that the payee received the payment - receipt OR signed copy of ID card in the case of a personal payment
TWO: ALL RECEIVED VOUCHERS - for money you have received this month, each including:
1. Copy of the pay-in slip for each amount received
2. Copy of the cheque for each amount received
3. Two (2) copies of the withholding tax certificate (for services rendered only - see reference below)
4. Copy of the receipt for each amount received
THREE: ALL PETTY CASH VOUCHERS, each including:
1. Receipt for the expense, or signed copy of the ID card in the case of a personal payment
FOUR: ALL INVOICES AND TAX INVOICES
1. Issued by you (sales invoices) - copies only
2. Issued to you (by suppliers) - originals
FIVE: COPY OF YOUR LATEST BANK STATEMENT
Could you please provide us accounting documents by the end of March 2, 2015 by email. Regarding original accounting documents please couriers to reach us by the end of March 2, 2015.
No documents? No problem! If you do not have any documents us to provide, please also let us know by return email anyway.
