To maintain your healthiness, you just need to eat healthy food, take enough rest and do some exercise.
- When I select food, I consider the food that is good for my health. Such as the food made of vegetables. I take enough sleep as I go to bed not so late at night. On my free time I enjoy riding my bicycle. That is the way I do exercise.
