At 20:30hrs; The guest (Mr & Mrs. KATTA) room number 543 booking from agent Destinations of the World check in period 3 – 5 Jun 2014. They informed Khun Spritz; they wanted to check out on 4th Jun 14 and to get the set lunch or dinner for complimentary because the agent booked the incorrect check out date for them. They asked to see Hotel Manager, so Khun Spritz informed me for this case and I asked the guest for their air ticket and informed them that it has already been booked correctly. Moreover, they said that don’t want to wake up early and want to check out on 4th Jun 14 at 14:00hrs.because they want to stay at ibis BKK instead. Therefore, I advised them to contact their agent Destinations of the World directly, but they didn't understand why we cannot change the hotel booking. So, I informed GM and OM. OM already talked with the guest and again informed them to contact their agent Destinations of the World. Finally, they didn't want to change the booking anymore.
