To be eligible to use EAP services, you must be eligible for UPlan benefits, or be a spouse or dependent child of a UPlan benefits-eligible employee. This means that you must work at least 50% time in an appointment that is three months or longer.
This definition excludes Medical Residents and Graduate Assistants. Former employees and retirees of the University are also excluded, regardless of whether or not they are enrolled in the UPlan or another University-sponsored medical plan.
