I would like to share my comments as follows:
For 8.2.32 Poultry by products
In this case , I thought that these sample are export sample and non-example used in the investigations in forensic way , therefore the sample which lab receive, should be cleaned already so it will be without blood and fecal matter . Moreover the factory have to certified quality system follow GMP and HACCP.
For 8.5 Sample preparation and processing
Mention my study tour about pesticide residues analysis in Germany 2012 , I had seen only one method for sampling including sample preparation for pesticide analysis in import sample at BVL and Eurofin lab.
This method will adding the dry ice direct into sample and blending (homogenization) the sample, (the first step is freeze sample at – 20 ◦C and then add dry ice into sample and blend the sample immediately).

And the last year , I have study about method for preparation the sample for analysis pesticide residues and I found that there are other 2 methods
The second method is blending (homogenization) the sample by using cryogenic grinding without adding dry ice (the equipment of this method will feed liquid nitrogen to grinding the sample by automatic system). Moreover, this equipment have a limit on amount of sample , it ‘ s too low about not over 8-10 g. therefore this method was not recommend for fruit and vegetable sample. However , In Bangkok lab not have experience on these equipment, if anyone of you have experience on these , could you share your opinion please .
