The Real World Computing Partnership Sound Scene
Database in Real Acoustical Environments (RWCP-DB) has
been recorded in an anechoic chamber through microphone
and DAT recorder at 48 kHz [4]. The sounds are later down
sampled to 16 kHz. RWCP database has been developed by
Mitsubishi Research Institute Inc. The RWCP dataset
contains a total of 9722 instances and 105 different nonspeech
dry source sounds. Audio classes are grouped in
three main categories and 14 subgroups. Almost each class
consists of 100 sound files in RAW format. RAW files have
been converted to WAV format before feature extraction
