- Report direct to Director, Sales & Marketing.
- Track all incoming and outgoing mail and documents to avoid loss and confusion.
- Assist DOSM in attending meetings, log minutes and trace follow ups.
- Book, plan, log and minute monthly divisional meetings.
- Coordinate all HR related matters for the division such as leave records and training needs.
- Control and manage the diary/calendar of DOSM.
- Coordinate all payments / invoices / check EAM / vouchers and finances for S&M.
- Book all travel needs and arranges related finances for DOSMs' Travels.
- Coordinate all special guest needs from DOSMs side with reservations and operational departments.
- Assist the division with the compilation of data for month end reports.
- Prepare recurrent statistical reports which reflect all sales activities for the period.
- All secretarial works as assigned by DOSM
