The study was conducted as a three-group controlled preexperiment following thestatic-rroup comparison design (compbell & Stanley,1963). It involved the use of three experimental groups, including a control Group A , atreatment group consisting of begin ner-level microcomputer users Group B, and a treatment group consisting of intermediate-level microcomputerusers Group C (see total 1.1).
