Since our occupancy in coming high season is not strong, please strict on the Manpower budget. If any departments such as kitchen and FB service have the plan to do downsizing (stop Old fisherman), please do not recruit any staffs to these departments. HODs have to manage your team to ensure that we could survive for few months, because it is not fair for new staffs joining us and later got termination, not pass probation due to closure of outlet.
I want to keep everyone information that we plan to start our construction for new rooms in coming low seasons which we expect to have less business during the construction period. So, we have to plan our manpower since today otherwise the manpower cost is going to be my BIG problem for next year!!!
