Being the leader or the manager has to control other people in his subordinate. It is difficult because everybody has different habit and behavior. The manager of football team too, he has to control everyone in their team to practice and to follow the rule. However, two players in his team are not follow the principle and lazy to train their skill. Some people have a question that what can he do with the two players who are not focusing as hard as the others? In my opinion, he should talk with them, make more seriously rule, and kick them out if they are not improve.
First of all, the manager should talk with them about the problem and suggest them the way the improve their behavior. This is the basic solution that everyone can solve if they have intention and go along with the solution. Manager should talk with reasons that have many advantages which can make them to comply with and agree with that. Secondly, manager should make seriously principle that can make members to follow.
