Statistic results given in Table 4 show that regardless of the protocol used, the length of the experimental process (extraction time) can account for major part of variability in extracted substance. In most cases, this part is more than 80% (R2values). The only exceptions are A–linolenic acid in the extraction process at a higher temperature and palmitic acid at the low temperature and higher pressure (p > 0.05). From the obtained results it can be concluded that our regression model overall predicts amount of substance significantly well.
