This dipping sauce is fantastic with salt and Pepper Squid, Crispy Quail and could cooked prawns, amongst so many other things, and should be made fresh each time you wish to serve it. At home in Vietnam we didn't mix each person mixing them together as desired. If you aer not cooking for a crowd, then the quantities can easily be halved.
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
