If you make your own fruit and vegetable juices/smoothies – add a couple of handfuls of fresh parsley, it is extremely good for cleansing due to its high chlorophyll content amongst other valuable nutrients. The high levels of chlorophyll are also extremely good especially if you have a tendency to be a little anaemic. Parsley is a very rich source of vitamin A, B and C, calcium, sodium, magnesium and iron.
