• Conduct Pre-screening interviews all candidate applicant ensuring that the best candidate for the position is selected and all recruitment practices followed.
• Assist in prepares letters of appointment and all relevant administrative support work for commencement of new associates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential associate files.
• Control and administer internal and external vacancies.
• Follow up and co-ordinate with the management level of the associate performance appraisal.
• Counsel associates in career prospects, personal issues, job related issue, etc.
• Develop and conduct on property Training programs.
• Assist with the organization of associate meetings and functions.
• Preparation of training manuals and aids as requested.
• Co-ordinate training programs including all documentation necessary for statutory board requirement.
• Maintain an accurate tracking system for training.
• Organize and conducting Orientation for new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager.
