ThisMLNprovidesguidanceoncompliancewithIsleofMan(IOM)regulationswhichgiveeffecttoMLC2006Title3.2.ImplementationoftheseguidelineswillbetakenasevidenceofcompliancewiththeIsleofManregulations.
Theguidelinesdonotprecludetheshipownerfromdemonstratinganequivalentorhigherstandardasan“alternativemethod”ofevidenceofcompliance.
