after consulting with recruitment standard in TH, well but i do believe there'll be large companies or international corporate wld offer high salary range, which will be definitely different level from us.
anyway pan, after considering ur request n we still appreciate ur effort during this past 2 years staying with us, we agree to increase ur salary as per ur request to 26k, at d same time we'll promote u to senior level. while this promotion is too close to Jan appraisal, ur increment is in fact almost 20% from prev year (i.e. 4k increment this yr, which is not common case in our co).
n with this promotion n increase, we hope u can take up more responsibility on ur work, being a senior level u are not expected to make simple mistakes or repeating same mistakes, n u have to be more sensitive on all transactions especially involving $ (e.g. bank account balance, pending transactions, meet deadlines etc.). also, i expect to see u in more independent, ie. keep in mind on tasks assigned to u, do not need reminder from me or elaine, tasks only assinged once. (e.g. employee handbook, cctv tool access from overseas, etc.)
