By a lady identifying herself as a part-time MPI evaluator named Ain.
Intended to visit the Retail Partners in Kelantan for the Image Stewardship (IS) on the week of 24 June but did not turn up.
Her message goes on to read that the image stewardship evaluation for this round will only be to take photographs and no interviews with Retail Partners will be conducted as compared to previous years. Only a guy by the name of Zaki turned up at the stations to take the photographs.

I would like to understand what is the current requirement for advising the Retail Partners in advance prior to commencing the image stewardship survey?
Are the evaluators rotated among the regions/states for Malaysia?
As MPI is the appointed surveyor for both customer first survey and image stewardship, it does understandably cast some doubt in the minds of Retail Partners who have previously voiced concerns about how accurately the survey is being conducted. Also, this is not the first time we have heard or voiced this feedback.
I require for MPI to conduct an inquiry, revert to us timely on your findings and appropriate stern actions to be taken, if necessary.
My view, if the above if found to be true, we should not be billed for this image stewardship survey.
