It varies quite much when I hit the bed.If there is a good movie then I can stay up late just due to I want to see the conclusion of the movie. During the weekend I might have slept through the entire morning, resulting in that I am not that tired late at night.
Quite often I rest or sleep a few hours during the afternoon, which once again results in that I am not that tired during the evening. A few other times my adrenaline is pumping simply due to there is too much to do at work,which makes it impossible to fall asleep.
The only fixed point in my life is when I go up.The alarm goes off at 05.00 in the morning, and I strive to be at the gym before 06.30
This evening it was the TV that caused me to be up late.
