Team Leader, e-Commerce System Intgration
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and faciliate System Integration team members, and be the main contact point of the team
- Manage team availability and resource plan to ensure sufficient capacity for new coming projects
- Recruit and train new staff
- Be a technical leader of airline business projects, a first level contact for providing airline customers globally with technical consultancy upon e-Retail, one of key Airline e-Commerce Products
- Analyze airline business requirement, execute gap analysis, coordinate with customer to develop workaround solution, and best utilize the product based on customer requirements
- Write project plan and prepare technical documents for customers
- Certify customer application according to agreed integration design
- Conduct regular meetings and reports
Achievement:
- Success in founding and strengthening the System Integration team to be capable of supporting all airlines globally.
- Well recognized by senior management as the one who handled difficult projects like Singapore Airline and Korean Air.
- Achievement in consolidating knowledge base in Bangkok.
