I feel strongly that our operation is not efficient.
I think it’s very difficult to make profit and reduce mistake & damage.
You should study and watch about your employee’s work elements as below.
We have three work elements.
1). Genuine work => Value-added work => make it easier & assure safety, quality, efficiency => making profit
2). Supplemental work => No value added itself, but always attached Genuine work => Try to minimize
3). Waste work => Waiting, Waling, Running => No value-added and only cost increase => Loss => Try to terminate
I feel now, BP1 has many “Waste work”, therefore, we must change working style, process and mind.
This is your management team’s duty and responsibility to get customer’s satisfaction, to make profit,
to reduce mistake & to eliminate accident.
So, please understand this way, and please cooperate to change your mind.
