1.For making curry paste,grind all ingredients together until smooth.
2.mix the pork drumsticks with black soy sauce and curry powder.
3.pour cooking oil.
4.fry curry paste for a minute, then add pork.
5.stir 2-3 times.
6.remove in water and bring to the boil.
7.cook for 5 minutes. Add ginger root, garlic, fish sauce, sugar and tamarind
juice. Stir 2-3 times for a minute. Cover. Simmer for l0-15 minutes.
